HOW TO APPLY FOR THE
H-2A VISA PROGRAM
To apply for the H-2A Visa Program, you can create an account on our website and answer a series of questions or you can download the IES Information sheet to answer those questions and email the filled out form to admin@inclusiveemploymentstaffing.org.
After you have filled out the information form, or answered the questions on the website, you will then need to make a payment of $230.00.
Please make sure to watch the video titled "Who Should Apply for the H-2A Visa Program" to make sure you qualify for this program before applying.
This fee is non-refundable and is used to process your application as well as obtain your employment insurance. If this fee is not paid, your application will NOT be processed.
If you are approved to work in the U.S. you will be reimbursed for the application fee, however you must keep a copy of your receipt to show proof of payment, in order to be reimbursed.
